These conditions define the rights and obligations of BOXTAIL - the leading multi-carrier shipping solution on the market in France (for mainland France and Corsica), acting as carrier, and of Tairanga Nutrition® within the framework of the services of transport ordered by the Internet user. The validated order of goods is equivalent to the express and unreserved acceptance of these conditions which apply notwithstanding any stipulations to the contrary in the customer's documents. SUBJECT OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
As a freight forwarder, BOXTAL undertakes to deliver the packages as soon as they are taken over to the agreed destination according to the route, the procedure and the carriers it chooses, within a period indicated according to the delivery offer. selected. This period includes the manufacture of the products as well as the delivery time of the goods.
The Customer can save and / or print these general conditions of sale.
Tairanga Nutrition® reserves the right to modify these general delivery conditions at any time. In the event of modifications, the conditions in force on the date of the Customer's order will be applied.
PARCEL ADMISSION CONDITIONS
The Customer will provide all the information useful for the proper delivery of the package on the website www.tairanga-nutrition.com
The packages must not exceed a weight (goods and packaging included) of 15 kg.
The site is responsible for taking this parameter into account automatically. We therefore recommend that you group all your items in one and the same order. In case of excess weight, your orders will be placed separately, shipping costs will apply, only in this case, to each of them.
The maximum & minimum dimensions as well as the delivery to the carrier will be the responsibility of Tairanga Nutrition®.
The time between the validation of the order and the receipt of the goods by the end customer is 5 to 7 days. This period includes the manufacture of the products as well as the delivery time of the goods. This dispatch time should not, however, exceed one month.
The consumer will have parcel tracking information on the internet from the time they take charge of their parcel to delivery.
Delivery offers are exclusive of islands and enclaves.

Excluded are deliveries to ships, to fairs, shows, exhibitions, hotels, campsites, PO boxes and freight forwarders, or to construction sites or mobile sites.
The Customer is responsible for the information necessary for the distribution of the package, in particular the exact coordinates of the point of arrival.
Tairanga Nutrition® reserves the right to suspend the processing of a shipment that does not comply with the provisions mentioned above, without the Internet user being able to claim any reimbursement.
The right of withdrawal applicable to contracts concluded at a distance is not applicable to the provision of goods transport services.
SHIPPING TIMES (excluding manufacturing)
Everything will be done to deliver the packages within the average time frame in working days from the time the carrier is taken over by the carrier in mainland France. However, this period does not take into account that necessary for the manufacture of the goods. It will therefore take an average of 7 days between the order and receipt of the goods. As the delivery time may vary from one region to another, Tairanga Nutrition cannot be held responsible.
PARCEL TRACKING - CLAIM
To facilitate the processing of complaints concerning the delivery of the package, the Customer is advised to come forward within 8 calendar days of taking charge of the package by the carrier. Delivery incidents will be processed by Tairanga Nutrition® within a maximum of 15 calendar days from receipt of the complaint. LIABILITY OF THE CARRIER / INDEMNIFICATION
The carrier is liable in the event of loss of the package or noted damage.
This liability is however exonerated in the following cases:
o Act of negligence or error of the Client and / or the recipient
o Force majeure (unforeseeable, irresistible and external fact),
o Non-compliance with the restrictions on taking charge of the package, the Customer's obligations or the conditions of admission of the package
In the event of loss of the package or of observed damage, the carrier pays the Customer a flat-rate compensation of € 25 including tax per package depending on the level of insurance chosen for them in the order.
This additional insurance guarantees the loss or damage observed during the delivery of the parcel to the recipient up to the level of compensation chosen (the amount of fixed compensation includes shipping costs). The package will be declared, by the carrier, damaged or lost within 21 calendar days of receipt of the complaint.
No complaint concerning damage or delivery may be taken into account after a period of 3 days following the delivery notice mentioned by the carrier's centralized computer system.
Preparation and transport costs are fixed for shipments to France.
Your package will be shipped with special attention given the fragility of the products. The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
